Wood County and surrounding areas are under an enhanced risk (3 out of 5) for severe storms, with damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes possible as storms move through the region.

  • Evening/Night (9 PM – 1 AM): A line of strong to severe storms could bring damaging winds over 55 mph, large hail, and isolated tornadoes.
  • Late Night (1 AM – 5 AM): Heavy rain of 1-2 inches is expected, increasing the risk of localized flooding.
