“Party in the Park” Returns to Downtown Toledo for Summer 2025

TOLEDO, Ohio — “Party in the Park” is back in 2025, bringing free Friday night concerts to Promenade Park starting May 30. Organized by ConnecToledo, the series will feature 11 concerts through the end of August, with performances from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

This year’s lineup includes:

  • May 30: Zack Attack Band with opener Trip-letters
  • June 6: Beef Carvers with opener The 25s
  • June 13: The Grape Smugglers and Hot Air Balloon Glow with opener Mizer Vossen Project
  • June 20: Distant Cousinz with opener Wall Music
  • June 27: North of Nashville with opener J.T. Hayden
  • July 11: Arctic Clam with opener Nikki D and the Sisters of Thunder
  • July 18: The Day Drinkers with opener Funk Factory
  • July 25: The Skittlebots with opener Daisy Chain
  • Aug. 8: Greggie and the Jets (Elton John tribute) with opener Venyx
  • Aug. 22: ’90s R&B Jam hosted by Big Trice with DJ Lyte N Rod, WallMusic and Friends
  • Aug. 29: The Ultimate Garth Brooks Tribute Band with opener Ashley Martin Band and a drone show

Additional downtown events like the July 4 fireworks, Jeep Fest on Aug. 1, and Toledo Pride on Aug. 15 are also listed, although those aren’t directly organized by ConnecToledo.

The concert series is part of a $340,000 effort to boost downtown traffic and support local businesses. Funding will come from ConnecToledo, with additional contributions expected from Toledo City Council and Lucas County. Final approval for the funding is expected soon.
